Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives in poor condition or is not as described, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the flowers or items received.
The product must not have been tampered with or moved from its original packaging.
Refunds are issued under these circumstances:
Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
The product delivered was significantly different from what was ordered and we are unable to offer a suitable replacement.
You cancelled your order within the allowed time frame (see cancellation policy below).
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
For same-day deliveries, cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel, and have your order number ready.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if:
Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer.
The recipient was unavailable to receive the delivery and no alternative arrangements were made.
The complaint is made more than 24 hours after delivery.
